A healthcare provider in Indonesia is seeking a Clinical Services Development Specialist to enhance service quality and develop clinical strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience and a Master's degree in Hospital Administration. This role requires excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work both independently and in teams.
Support the formulation of service standards, hub-and-spoke communication systems, and policies or procedures related to clinical service improvement.
Develop and enhance clinical service quality.
Formulate strategies, policies, procedures, and strategic clinical program goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends and recommend new clinical concepts, including feasibility testing and consultations with relevant subject matter experts.
Prepare and execute project implementation plans, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery in collaboration with related stakeholders.
