- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP and high priority clients.
- Maintain long‑term relationships through regular follow‑ups and personalized communication.
- Understand clients’ needs and preferences to recommend suitable treatments/products.
- Achieve individual and clinic sales targets by promoting premium packages and high‑end services.
- Upsell and cross‑sell relevant products and services based on client profiles.
- Manage consultations from inquiry to conversion, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Ensure clients are well‑informed of procedures, pricing, aftercare, and expectations.
- Run all clinic initiatives that translate to sales/customer experience & retention.
- Deliver luxury level service that enhances client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and premium environment for clients.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate working file SPC.
- Track and report sales performance and client feedback.
- Coordinate scheduling and follow‑ups to ensure timely service delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, or health/beauty‑related field).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales or client service, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
- Experience dealing with premium clients is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills.
- Professional grooming and confident, pleasant demeanor.
