Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP and high priority clients.
  • Maintain long‑term relationships through regular follow‑ups and personalized communication.
  • Understand clients’ needs and preferences to recommend suitable treatments/products.
  • Achieve individual and clinic sales targets by promoting premium packages and high‑end services.
  • Upsell and cross‑sell relevant products and services based on client profiles.
  • Manage consultations from inquiry to conversion, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Ensure clients are well‑informed of procedures, pricing, aftercare, and expectations.
  • Run all clinic initiatives that translate to sales/customer experience & retention.
  • Deliver luxury level service that enhances client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and premium environment for clients.
Administrative Duties
  • Maintain accurate working file SPC.
  • Track and report sales performance and client feedback.
  • Coordinate scheduling and follow‑ups to ensure timely service delivery.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, or health/beauty‑related field).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales or client service, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
  • Experience dealing with premium clients is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills.
  • Professional grooming and confident, pleasant demeanor.
  • Knowledge of skincare, beauty, and aesthetic treatments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
