Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking an experienced HSE Manager – Client Site Safety & Programs to lead regional HSE programs across client sites. You will translate corporate standards into field practice, manage audits, incidents, and training governance, and partner with Legal, HR, Procurement, and Global HSE.

The role requires 7-10 years in HSE, CSP or equivalent, English proficiency, and strong client-facing communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HSE/Occupational Health and Safety.
Proven experience leading audits, investigations, and corrective action programs.
Experience supporting high risk industries or complex client environments.
Strong client-facing communication and escalation management skills.
Demonstrated experience leading regional programs, portfolios, or multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

Deploy and oversee client site HSE programs across regions or accounts.
Translate enterprise safety standards into practical field execution guidance.
Lead audits, investigations, and corrective actions; ensure effective CAPA.
Provide technical direction and coaching on safety compliance and risk controls.
Manage training governance and site readiness across scope.
Represent Accenture in client audits and safety reviews.
