We are a growing wood manufacturing company looking for a Client Service Engineer (CSE) who can provide excellent customer service, handle technical field tasks, and support design, content creation, and market analysis to strengthen the company’s branding.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist and respond to customer needs and inquiries, both in person and online.
- Conduct field surveys, inspect products, and handle customer complaints.
- Prepare price estimations based on door model, size, and materials.
- Create simple designs for catalogues and promotional needs.
- Produce photo/video content and support company social media management.
- Collect and analyze market data to support branding and sales strategies.
- Coordinate with production, QC, and sales teams.
- Identify potential risks related to installation and material usage on-site.
- Prepare reports regarding market trends and product needs.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and experience in customer service.
- Must be able to communicate in English (active and passive).
- Skilled in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Corel, or similar).
- Understanding of social media, SEO, and visual content creation.
- Experience in furniture or wood-related industries is an advantage.
- Able to perform basic data analysis for branding and marketing purposes.
- Knowledge of cost estimation and door/interior materials.
- Detail-oriented, creative, organized, field-ready, and capable of risk management.
- Willing to work mobile.
- Placement in Jakarta (priority for candidates living in Jakarta & surrounding areas).
- Placement in Surabaya (priority for candidates living in Surabaya & surrounding areas).
