Get to Know the Role

GrabAds, the innovative advertising arm of Grab, is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and Client Partner Manager to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will grow strategic partnerships with key advertising clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction in driving multi‑million dollar annual revenue generation. You will report to the Head, and this role is based full on‑site.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, showcasing expertise in delivering impacts.
  • Develop relationships with key brands and agencies in Indonesia, engaging with senior leaders and top management.
  • Create and execute account plans to maximize revenue, client retention, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Work with cross‑teams to deliver innovative advertising solutions tailored to client objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and regular reports to clients and senior management.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve or surpass sales targets.
  • Stay updated on digital advertising trends and GrabAds offerings to maintain competitive market knowledge.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or account management across industries.
  • Experience achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and mobile trends.
  • Understanding of the Southeast Asian market, especially Indonesia, and proficiency in digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional skills in relationship management, negotiation, communication, and presentations, especially with top‑level management.
  • A leader who can navigate complex challenges and provide solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience managing merchant businesses is considered an added advantage.
