• Excellent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).
• Responsible and willing to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Remains updated on changes to client's business and responds to client requests in a timely manner
• Communicates all technical or administrative issues with senior team members
• Identifies and discusses issues with clients
• Consistently achieves deadlines and understands the commercial implications of actions relating to productivity, recover-ability, income and client service
• Understands and follows Firm’s policies and procedures
• Carries out any other duties as required by the position
