Job summary

SQE (S-Quantum Engine) Jakarta is seeking an AI Product Builder to sit with clients, understand their real problems, and craft working solutions using Claude Code. You’ll join active engagements, assemble our component library, and extend it with custom code to solve client needs.

You’ll map workflows, prototype in a sandbox, iterate with clients until the prototype delivers the intended outcomes, and oversee production handoff with our engineering team.

Qualifications

• Ability to frame problems before solving and ask sharp questions
• Ability to map unfamiliar workflows quickly and identify real problems
• Experience using Claude Code, Cursor or similar tools to build real solutions
• Comfort with cross-domain industries (finance, mining, HR, etc.)
• Ability to earn trust with senior stakeholders and analysts
• Strong communication in English and Indonesian

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client workflows in detail to identify friction and define success
• Plan and build a working prototype using our component library and Claude Code
• Iterate daily with the client until the prototype solves the real problem
• Oversee quality and production handoff with engineering
• Evaluate deployment outcomes to ensure the system meets expectations
• Recommend next steps and transition to the next client when adopted
