About the Role

We are looking for a Client Care Specialist who can provide expertise in implementing ESRI products or GIS technology, support sales and presales activities, and maintain proficiency in ESRI products and related IT technologies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support and consultation to Esri Indonesia clients (via face-to-face or telephone) to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  • Troubleshooting system problems, diagnosing, and resolving software issues.
  • Building strong working relationships with customers and professionals, e.g., software developers.
  • Managing multiple open cases effectively.
  • Evaluating new technology solutions.
  • Providing support documentation and relevant reports; working until task completion or referral.
  • Logging incident details and resolution times.
  • Conducting Esri Software training if required.
  • Communicating across departments.
  • Engaging in Esri knowledge and skill development.
About You

We seek a seasoned Client Care Specialist with a strong understanding of troubleshooting and managing tickets related to ArcGIS and its technologies.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in resolving ArcGIS-related issues for stakeholders.

To succeed, you will need:

  • A degree in Geodetic/Geomatic Engineering, Geoscience Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support within IT or geospatial technology.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS (Linux is a plus).
  • Knowledge of Database concepts (Geodatabase is a plus).
  • Esri Certification (a plus).
  • IT-related Certification (a plus).
