Job summary

Prudential Indonesia is seeking a Claims Analyst to verify and analyze hospitalization claims in line with policy provisions and benefit plans. The role may involve shifts and requires a medical background, strong analytical thinking, and effective communication.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing claims, maintaining service standards, and addressing complaints or errors while improving product and system knowledge within a dynamic insurance environment.

Qualifications

• S1 from Medical background (Nurse, Pharmacy, Midwifery).
• Experience as a claim analyst is a plus.
• Willing to work on shift.
• Good medical knowledge and analytic thinking.
• Good problem-solving and communication skill.

Responsibilities

Job description

This position may be assigned to handle either Cashless or Reimbursement claims, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities:

Verify & analyze Hospitalization Claim

Calculating the hospitalization claim based on the provision policy and benefit plan of the insured.

Improvement in product & system knowledge

Do proper claim process analysis based on the claim’s guideline and policy provision

Maintenance and improvement service standard

Handling complaint and error

Requirements:

S1 from Medical background (Nurse, Pharmacy, Midwifery)

Previous experience as a claim analyst is a plus point

Willing to work on shift

Good medical knowledge and analytic thinking

Good problem-solving and communication skill
