Job summary

JAPFA in Indonesia is seeking a maintenance and engineering supervisor to oversee daily tasks, guide technicians, and ensure adherence to safety and SOPs. You will monitor equipment, report breakdowns, and maintain records to support reporting and continuous improvement across our plant facilities.

This role requires hands-on leadership, a practical understanding of industrial equipment, and the ability to work within established engineering standards.
