Zusammenfassung

ParagonCorp in Jakarta is seeking a Civil Engineer to review and validate civil and structural designs, drawings, and shop drawings, and to monitor foundation, structural, flooring, and wall works on site.

You will ensure activities comply with approved designs, SNI standards, codes, and safety requirements, conduct regular site inspections, and coordinate with vendors, architects, MEP teams, and other stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, construction, or building projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil & structural design, construction methods, and execution.
• Familiar with SNI standards, building codes, tender processes, and construction safety requirements.
• Experience in reviewing engineering drawings, shop drawings, technical specifications, and related documents.
• Strong ability to conduct site inspections, quality control, and progress monitoring.
• Good coordination skills with vendors, architects, MEP teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or relevant engineering/design software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to conduct regular site visits and work in a project/construction environment.

Aufgaben

• Review and validate civil & structural designs, engineering drawings, and shop drawings.
• Monitor civil construction activities, including foundation, structural, flooring, and wall works.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs, technical specifications, SNI standards, building codes, and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, progress, and compliance and identify deviations or quality issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, architects, MEP teams, and other project stakeholders on civil-related works and interfaces.
• Review and verify civil work progress for billing and approval purposes.
