Job summary

OSI Electronics in Batam, Indonesia, is seeking an hands-on tester engineering support role to aid circuit tester development and prototype builds. You will assist in design, sourcing, circuit construction, automation, and software tasks to prove concepts and deliver reliable testing solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in circuit tester development and QA basics is required.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics routinely.
• Familiar with embedded programming (C/C++) and Python basics.
• Proficient in soldering, test equipment operation, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist and report to Test Engineer on tester development activities.
• Assist in designing functional circuit tester development.
• Assist in building prototypes for proof-of-concept testing, including part design, sourcing, circuit construction, automation, and software tasks.
• Support advanced test department activities with proper documentation.
• Perform FCT commissioning and handover to related department.
• Perform other duties related to the employee's job responsibilities.
