  • Lead and supervise the cinema team to ensure smooth operations across all areas, including box office, concession, ushering, and projection.
  • Deliver excellent guest service by fostering a culture of hospitality and responsiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment at all times.
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels for F&B and retail items to minimize waste and control costs.
  • Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve high performance and service quality.
  • Manage guest feedback and complaints professionally, implementing service recovery actions when necessary.
  • Oversee scheduling, reporting, and administrative duties to support efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure all cinema equipment, facilities, and systems are properly maintained and issues are reported promptly.
