Job Title: CHRO (Indonesia) / Country HR Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic CHRO (Indonesia) to lead all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and corporate culture development.

This role is crucial in shaping the organization, building high-performing teams, and ensuring all HR practices are fully aligned with INOI’s global strategy and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition

    Manage full‑cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding. Partner with department heads to define staffing needs and ensure timely hiring. Source and attract talent through online channels, job fairs, and referrals. Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and prepare contracts. Lead and continuously improve onboarding programs.

  2. Payroll & HR Operations

    Process accurate and timely monthly payroll in compliance with Indonesian labor laws. Manage employee attendance, leave, and benefits records. Coordinate with Finance for salary payments and reporting. Ensure compliance with BPJS, taxes, and other statutory requirements. Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation.

  3. Culture & Engagement

    Implement corporate culture initiatives aligned with INOI’s values and mission. Plan internal communication and engagement activities. Foster a positive, ethical, and performance‑oriented work environment. Conduct employee surveys and support continuous improvement actions.

  4. KPI Monitoring & HR Analytics

    Support department heads in defining and tracking monthly KPIs. Ensure that team performance aligns with company objectives. Prepare HR performance reports and provide actionable insights. Assist in developing and executing performance management systems. Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs with INOI Academy and Group HR. Promote continuous learning and leadership development across departments.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and payroll practices.
  • Proven experience in building or maintaining company culture programs.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English; Russian language is an advantage.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
