Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management with strong exposure to warehousing, transportation, reverse logistics, and supplier performance management.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience within ICT, telecommunications, technology, logistics, or large-scale supply chain industries.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, transportation operations, reverse logistics, international trade, customs processes, freight management, and logistics compliance.
• Experience managing 3PL, transportation vendors, warehouse operations, and supplier performance.
• Good understanding of telecommunications equipment logistics, order fulfillment processes, and project-based logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of logistics budgeting, operational cost management, and financial monitoring.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Highly resilient, adaptable, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong ownership mindset with flexibility to support critical project activities outside regular hours.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory due to overseas communications.

Job Role

The Logistics Manager is responsible for leading regional logistics operations, warehousing, transportation management, reverse logistics, and third-party logistics (3PL) performance to ensure efficient and secure supply chain execution. Acting as the primary logistics leader for the assigned region, this role oversees logistics resource planning, supplier performance, operational compliance, and risk mitigation while supporting project delivery requirements.
