Chief Technology Officer - Fintech - Jakarta Based

Our client is an ambitious early‑stage startup based in Jakarta, focused on solving financial inclusion through innovative technology. As they build the foundation of their product and team, they are looking for a visionary CTO to lead their technology strategy and execution.

As CTO, you will be responsible for shaping the company's technical vision, building and scaling the engineering team, and driving the development of our core product. You will work closely with the founders to align technology with business goals and play a key role in fundraising, product strategy, and long‑term growth. Other key responsibilities include:

• Setting the overall technological vision and strategy for the organisation, and ensuring all are aligned according to the business objectives.
• Overseeing the system architecture, infrastructure, and software development lifecycle and implementation of technology initiatives.
• Managing the technology department to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
• Identifying and implementing new technologies to improve business processes.
• Ensuring the security and scalability of the organisation's technological infrastructure.
