We are seeking a Quality Control Furniture professional to join our team at Good Wood Home in Jepara Regency, Central Java. As a full-time Quality Control Furniture, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the exceptional quality of our outdoors furniture products. What you'll be doing

• Inspect incoming raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished furniture products to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards
• Identify and address any quality issues, work with production teams to implement corrective actions
• Conduct thorough testing and quality checks at various stages of the manufacturing process
• Document and maintain detailed quality control records and reports
• Provide feedback and recommendations to production teams to continuously improve quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns and implement quality improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, processes, and best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Proficient in using quality control tools and equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with production teams

Job Description

• Perform product quality inspections according to company standards (bags/luggage)
• Ensure compliance of the production process with QC procedures
• Prepare daily inspection reports for submission to the supervisor
• Coordinate with the production team and supervisors on QC findings
• Assist in corrective actions for any defective or nonconforming products

Requirements

• Minimum education: High School / Vocational School graduate (Diploma / Bachelor's degree preferred)
