Job summary

Dealls (YC W22) is seeking a highly execution-oriented Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO to ensure the company's priorities are executed. This role focuses on building execution discipline across teams, monitoring KPIs, challenging owners when progress is off-track, identifying blockers, and helping formulate practical solutions.

You will act as the bridge between CEO priorities and day-to-day execution.

Qualifications

3-7 years of experience in startups, consulting, operations, or similar roles.
Strong follow-through and accountability; drive to resolve blockers.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to summarize complex situations clearly.
Ability to operate with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SaaS, HR tech, or B2B technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the weekly KPI and execution cadence across the company.
Ensure every major KPI has a clear owner, target, deadline, and next action.
Follow up with KPI owners and push for progress when targets are off-track.
Identify root causes behind missed KPIs and help teams develop practical solutions.
Track cross-functional initiatives and unblock dependencies between teams.
Prepare a concise weekly CEO report covering performance, blockers, risks, and decisions required.
Turn CEO priorities into clear execution plans and ensure teams follow through.
Challenge weak assumptions and ensure accountability at all levels.
Build better operating systems and AI-assisted KPI monitoring to reduce manual follow-up.
