Lead cross-functional projects and drive initiatives from idea to execution.
Coordinate across regions, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
Produce high-quality, board-level reports, briefing materials, and decision-support analysis.
Solve problems, remove bottlenecks, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, executive support, or high-stakes operational roles.
Proven ability to work directly with C-level executives or lead critical, cross-functional projects.
Experience in sectors such as consulting, investment, banking, energy, infrastructure, or international trade is valued.
Note: Advanced degrees (MBA, MPP, etc.) are welcome but not required. We place higher value on a track record of execution, accountability, and clear results.
Strong analytical thinking with ability to distill complex problems into clear recommendations.
Proven ability to lead and deliver — from vision to action, without excuses.
Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities in fast-moving environments.
Strong follow-through, with a sense of urgency, discretion, and integrity.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required. Mandarin is a significant advantage and required.
Able to draft high-impact documents, communicate with senior stakeholders, and represent the organization in external engagements.
Reliable, resourceful, and loyal — with sound judgment under pressure.
Comfortable in high-stakes, ambiguous environments.
Strong emotional intelligence and ability to manage relationships at all levels.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to navigate shifting priorities with calm and clarity.
Experience working with international partners (ASEAN, China, India, GCC).
Exposure to corporate finance, government liaison, or public-private partnerships.
Prior work with senior consultants, investors, or multilateral institutions.
This is a demanding and dynamic role that requires full commitment and accountability. If you are looking for predictable hours or a typical job description, this is not the right fit.
But if you're a sharp, capable operator who thrives in solving tough problems, making things happen, and working at the highest levels — we want to hear from you.
Send your CV with picture and a brief cover note outlining why you believe you're a fit for this role. If you've led, built, or fixed something high-impact — we want to know.
