Job summary

Work From Anywhere seeks a Chief of Staff to drive Doit's AI Neobank expansion across products, markets and teams. This senior execution role aligns leadership, manages operating cadence, and turns strategy into measurable progress.

You will own strategic execution, build and manage OKRs and leadership updates, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and prepare concise memos and performance reviews. Strong judgement and execution skills are essential.

The Role

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to help drive Doit's AI Neobank expansion across products, markets and teams. This is a senior execution role for someone who can align leadership, drive operating cadence, solve cross-functional problems and turn strategy into measurable progress.

What You'll Own

Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities.

Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking and accountability.

Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance and operations.

Prepare concise decision memos, board / leadership materials, execution plans and performance reviews.
