Job Description
As a Chief Marketing Officer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Driving the brand's growth by leading the marketing and enrolment strategies in order to achieve revenue and student admissions.
- Developing and executing annual marketing, communication and digital transformation plans including brand building and lead generation.
- Overseeing marketing analytics team which includes CRM system to optimize recruitment and conversion processes.
- Managing and coaching a high performance team across multiple business units.
- Collaborating with leadership on strategic partnerships and stakeholders engagement, not limited to government, industry and community.
- Overseeing brand management and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels (both digital and offline).
- Analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Managing digital marketing campaigns to enhance online presence and engagement.
- Leading a team of marketing professionals to achieve department goals.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Developing relationships with stakeholders and partners to enhance brand visibility.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Chief Marketing Officer should have:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. It will be a plus if you have overseas/international degree from reputable university.
- At least 20+ years of working experience in the marketing field, ideally someone who started from global / MNC brands then transition to take up roles in well-known local company which operates like a start up.
- Ideally, you have experience in similar industry or service-driven organization.
- Minimum of 8+ years in leadership position, and the proven ability to manage challenging stakeholders.
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies in both digital and offline, and market research techniques.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in the business services industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
