Requirements
Hard Skills
- 8 years of experience in Marketing and 3 - 5 years a strategic marketing role (Fashion / FMCG / Lifestyle)
- Proven success in running integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of end-to-end process: market research, brand strategy, media buying, and community building
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, Marketplace, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset and growth-oriented execution
- Experienced in creative campaigns (UGC, collaborations, brand activations)
- Strong network with KOLs, media, and communities
Soft Skills
- Fast thinker, agile, and decisive
- Able to lead and motivate Gen Z teams effectively
