PT. Good Sale Tech was established in 2019 and focuses on the Beauty and Health Industry. PT Good Sale Tech has developed over 10 beauty products including Makeup, Skincare, Body care and Fragrance. Moreover, Good Sale Tech successfully developed its businesses in Indonesia, China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Job Summary:

The CMO will lead the marketing strategy for our beauty retail brand in Indonesia, with a primary focus on scaling our digital footprint and driving revenue through social commerce. This role is responsible for transforming brand awareness into measurable sales via TikTok Shop and other major e-commerce platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategy development for Online Marketing platforms, including the management of short-form video content.

Building and maintaining a vast network of influencers and affiliates to ensure consistent brand visibility and product recommendations.

Overseeing digital advertising budgets to ensure high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and efficient customer acquisition across all digital channels.

Monitoring the Indonesian beauty landscape to identify and capitalize on emerging consumer trends and competitor movements.

Ensuring a seamless brand experience between online discovery and physical retail locations to drive foot traffic and total company growth.

Requirements:

Proven track record in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the Beauty, Fashion, or FMCG sectors in Indonesia.

Comprehensive understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem, Shopee, and Indonesian social media trends.

Ability to balance creative brand building with data-driven sales performance.

General knowledge of BPOM requirements and Halal certification standards relevant to the beauty industry.

Strong ability to lead a diverse team of content creators, digital marketers, and agency partners.
