We’re looking for a super experienced, talented and senior HR leader to grow and support our HR function. You’ll be excited and energetic about joining a company that is growing and contribute by enhancing our HR team by implementing strategy and providing clear direction to the team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and implement an HR strategy that aligns and supports with the company vision, values and goals
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention to attract and develop a diverse and high performing team
- Lead performance management and talent development initiatives, providing coaching and support to leaders and employees
- Design and execute employee engagement programs, ensuring a positive work environment and a strong company culture
- Lead the review of compensation and benefit programs to ensure competitiveness
- Provide analytics and reporting of the HR function to the senior leadership team, giving insights to guide decision making and improve HR processes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, mitigating HR related risks for the company
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Work experience and skills
- Master’s or Doctor’s degree in Human Resources is required
- Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles with a track record of successfully driving HR strategies and initiatives
- In‑depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and industry trends
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational change
- Demonstrate the ability to foster employee engagement and create a positive work culture
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities using data to drive decisions
- Advanced to Proficient level English is required
- Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus
