We’re looking for a super experienced, talented and senior HR leader to grow and support our HR function. You’ll be excited and energetic about joining a company that is growing and contribute by enhancing our HR team by implementing strategy and providing clear direction to the team.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an HR strategy that aligns and supports with the company vision, values and goals
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention to attract and develop a diverse and high performing team
  • Lead performance management and talent development initiatives, providing coaching and support to leaders and employees
  • Design and execute employee engagement programs, ensuring a positive work environment and a strong company culture
  • Lead the review of compensation and benefit programs to ensure competitiveness
  • Provide analytics and reporting of the HR function to the senior leadership team, giving insights to guide decision making and improve HR processes
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, mitigating HR related risks for the company
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Work experience and skills
  • Master’s or Doctor’s degree in Human Resources is required
  • Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles with a track record of successfully driving HR strategies and initiatives
