About the role

As the Chief Financial Officer at SPS Corporate, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and providing strategic financial leadership. This is a full-time role based in Surabaya, East Java.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's overall business objectives
• Managing the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Analysing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and making recommendations to the executive team
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
• Collaborating with the leadership team to drive operational and strategic decision-making
• Providing financial guidance and support to other departments as needed
• Actively participating in the company's growth and expansion initiatives

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably within the Accounting and Management industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies
• Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with a deep understanding of financial statements and key performance indicators
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable
