#JobOpportunity – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Good days! PT Tasblock Industry Indonesia is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to act as a strategic business partner to the President Director and management team. Placement in North Jakarta. PT Tasblock Industry Indonesia is a leading composite manufacturing company specialized in compression moulding, delivering high-quality and innovative products to global markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth roadmap.
- Translate business plans into financial models, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Advise the President Director on investment decisions, pricing strategy, and expansion plans.
- Oversee manufacturing finance including cost accounting, product costing, and variance analysis.
- Monitor and optimize COGS, production efficiency, yield, and scrap control.
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial performance management.
- Maintain strong control over cash flow, working capital, AR/AP, and inventory cycles.
- Manage relationships with banks, lenders, auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, internal controls, and governance.
- Identify financial and operational risks and implement effective risk mitigation measures.
- Lead and develop finance, accounting, tax, and administrative teams.
- Support sales and operations with profitability analysis, pricing review, and contract evaluation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and operational finance.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- High integrity, resilience, and ability to work in a dynamic organization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial insights to non‑finance teams.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Finance with senior leadership exposure.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or related industries (composite, chemical, construction materials, automotive parts, or industrial products).
- Experience handling bank financing, cash flow management, and capital expenditure planning.
- Experience in growing or mid‑size companies is preferred.
- CPA / CA or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
