The ideal candidate will have experienceworking in international companies, possessstrong proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, andhave a background in business consulting or agency work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support decision‑making and business growth.
• Provide data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations to the office of CEOs.
• Manage the company’s capital structure to ensure financial sustainability and scalability.
• Supervise accounting operations and ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with financial standards.
• Oversee inter‑company transactions, transfer pricing, and cost allocations (if applicable).
• Establish and enforce effective internal controls, systems, and reporting processes.
• Deliver timely and reliable financial reports to support executive and board‑level decision‑making.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance leader in a startup organisation.
• Strong expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and corporate governance.
• Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Experience in implementing scalable systems, financial processes, and internal controls.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or an advanced degree (e.g., MBA in Finance) is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work according to designated working hours.
