About the Company
A world-class luxury resort and villa community set on the pristine coastline of Bali is seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its next stage of growth.
Spanning over 120 hectares, the development combines sustainable architecture, high‑end hospitality, and long‑term community vision. The project includes exclusive designer villas, wellness and sports facilities, restaurants, and luxury residential opportunities — with further expansion planned into a fully integrated lifestyle destination that blends hospitality, real estate, and recreation.
The Role
The CEO will oversee both Development & Construction and Hospitality Operations, leading a team of approximately 300 employees across two major business units. This role requires a visionary yet hands‑on leader capable of transforming a rapidly growing operation into a world‑class, financially disciplined, and strategically aligned organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement a unified vision integrating real estate development with hospitality growth.
- Master Planning: Drive the long‑term master plan for the full landholding, aligning future projects and operational excellence.
- Leadership: Provide strong, transparent leadership to divisional GMs and senior management.
- Operational Excellence: Establish systems, processes, and financial controls across both business units.
- Partner with the CFO to professionalize financial management, reporting, and budgeting.
- Enhance collaboration between construction, design, and operations to deliver on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality outcomes.
- Business Growth: Expand hospitality offerings and optimize villa and resort performance.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities — retail, leisure, or residential — to diversify and grow revenue.
- Oversee capital projects and ensure efficient deployment of investment funds.
- Governance & Stakeholder Management: Report to the Chairman and Board with data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and innovation.
Candidate Profile
Essential
- Proven leadership experience in hotel, resort, or mixed‑use real estate development, ideally in Southeast Asia.
- Strong operational and commercial understanding of hospitality businesses.
- Demonstrated success in business transformation or growth environments.
- Financially astute with strong strategic and project management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Culturally adaptable, pragmatic, and able to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
