Overview

Our Client is a 5* International Chain serviced apartment complex with 150+ apartments. This role will be reporting directly to the General Manager. This position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Qualifications

• Previous experience handling serviced apartments is a big plus
• Experience in 5 star hotels
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position or similar role
• A very strong #2 ready for the next step could also be considered
• Strong in technical and maintenance
• Familiar with budgeting and planning
• Great personality and positive attitude
• Highly developed organizational and time management skills
• Excellent English both spoken and written
• Thinking outside the box/innovative ideas
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Able to work under pressure and understands priorities
• Energetic, hands-on, result oriented, motivated
• Able to work independently
• Computer literate
• Good team builder
• Flexible working hours
