Job summary

JAPFA in Indonesia (headquartered in Singapore) is seeking a sales operative to execute daily activities for assigned customers, outlets or territories, and to support order taking, sales transactions and basic customer service.

You will maintain accurate sales records, invoices and documentation, coordinate with logistics to fulfill orders, monitor sales performance and report issues or customer feedback, and ensure adherence to pricing, promotions and SOPs.
