• Support order taking, sales transactions, and basic customer service.
• Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations to support order fulfillment.
• Monitor basic sales performance and report issues or customer feedback.
• Follow pricing, promotion, and sales SOPs.
