Job summary

ID7J PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a proactive Sales Support Associate to execute daily sales activities for assigned customers and territories. You will assist in order taking, process transactions, provide basic customer service, and maintain accurate records and invoices.

Collaborating with logistics and operations, you will help fulfill orders, monitor performance, report issues, and ensure adherence to pricing, promotions, and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
