Job summary

RGE in Indonesia is seeking a plant operator to operate chemical processes and instruments safely, conduct autonomous maintenance, analyze in-process materials, and keep accurate production records. The role requires a degree in the related field and relocation to the job site, with 1–2 years of experience being advantageous.

You will ensure safety compliance, maintain housekeeping, troubleshoot equipment, and input data into the computer system.

Qualifications

• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical processes and instrument in the plant in a safe and effective manner.
• Ensure compliance in all aspects of safety with all applicable regulations.
• Conduct autonomous maintenance in the chemical operation area (including failure identification, etc.)
• Operating chemical procedures in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manner.
• Analyze in-process, finished product, and raw materials.
• Organizing daily chemical operation involved in production areas: Perform quality analysis and packaging, maintain detail production/maintenance records, and input production information into computer system along with analysis.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping inside production room and on equipment.
• Troubleshoot/Resolve equipment malfunctions in the production area
• Log and account for production, quality data, and losses.
• Keeps workplace and tools in order and accessible.
