This is a hands‑on position with a small‑scale daily production setup. The role offers an excellent opportunity for chefs with a few years of pastry experience who are eager to grow and develop their skills in an international environment.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a pastry kitchen, ideally as a CDP Pastry.
  • Solid foundation in pastry and bakery production, including doughs, creams, mousses, and plated desserts.
  • Good understanding of kitchen hygiene, HACCP, and food safety standards.
  • Ability to manage daily production efficiently, either independently or alongside another CDP.
  • Creative and detail‑oriented, with a passion for artisanal, high‑quality products.
  • Open to learning and development, with a positive and adaptable attitude.
  • Experience in gelato or ice cream production is an advantage.
  • Flexible to adapt to a pre‑opening environment and small‑scale operation.
Key Responsibilities
