The role requires a valid forklift operator certification and proven warehouse experience. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, and able to work a regular schedule with opportunities for overtime and skill development on-site.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate various types of forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Good physical condition, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, load, and unload materials.
• Perform pre-operation inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues immediately.
• Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct placement of goods.
• Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding forklift operation and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with inventory management tasks as needed, such as counting stock and maintaining organized storage areas.
