Explore activity sources and provide analysis for implementation in the business unit based on actual experience in other business units.
Conduct regular monitoring to ensure each business process complies with applicable standards and analyzes existing feedback to evaluate business activities.
Contribute to the development of corporate strategy and long-term business activity planning.
Ensure that development plans implemented by sub-holdings become a method of adaptation for other business units.
