Center Operations General Manager (Mall)

We are a premium shopping mall aspiring to become a world-class shopping destination. We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our operational and management teams at Alam Sutera, Tangerang, Indonesia.

POSITION: CENTER OPERATIONS GENERAL MANAGER

Basic Job Function:

Lead and take full responsibility for the Centre Operations Division.

Ensure that the mall building and management office are operating properly and ready for use.

Ensure that all operational activities within the mall comply with established regulations and procedures.

Ensure that all mall permits are complete, valid, and up to date.

Maintain good relationships and coordinate effectively with relevant authorities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure that all building systems (electricity, water, air conditioning, elevators, cleanliness, security, and safety) function optimally.

Supervise building maintenance, renovation, and repair activities.

Maintain good relationships with tenants and handle complaints promptly and professionally.

Ensure that tenants comply with mall regulations and operational standards.

Manage cleanliness, security, parking, and occupational safety throughout the mall area.

Ensure the comfort and safety of visitors and employees.

Prepare and control the operational budget efficiently.

Monitor financial performance according to targets and take corrective actions when necessary.

Lead the Operational Division.

Conduct regular inter‑department coordination meetings to ensure work synergy.

Develop short‑and‑long‑term strategies to improve mall performance.

Provide recommendations regarding facility improvements and programs to increase visitor attraction.

Ensure all operational activities comply with government regulations and occupational safety standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 2 years working experience as Center Operations General Manager, preferably in the mall industry

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong leadership, time management, problem‑solving, teamwork, communication, reporting skills, with high ethics and integrity.

Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Possesses strong relationship‑building skills and adaptability.

Willing to be placed at the Management Office in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
