About the role

iWorld Learning ID' is seeking an experienced Center Manager to oversee the operations of our learning centre in North Jakarta (Pantai Indah Kapuk). As the Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated educators and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the centre. This full‑time role is crucial in supporting our mission to provide high‑quality early childhood education and care.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the learning centre, including staff scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Oversee the implementation of the curriculum and ensure educational standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate with the teaching staff to develop and implement engaging, age‑appropriate learning activities.
• Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children, parents, and staff.
• Maintain strong relationships with families and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the learning centre.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar centre‑manager or leadership role within the early childhood education sector.
• Strong understanding of early childhood education best practices and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Proven track record of effective team management and the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
• Passion for providing high‑quality care and education for young children.
