A leading educational institution in Indonesia is seeking a Center Manager to oversee operations, manage marketing initiatives, and lead the sales team to achieve enrollment targets. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, at least 3 years of management experience, and excellent communication skills in English. Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with the Regional Director and Central Support Team. Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and attract new students. Oversee and support the sales team in achieving enrollment and revenue targets. Partner with the Senior Teaching Manager to enhance academic quality, student engagement, and retention.
Oversee daily center operations, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, company policies, and SOPs. Promote seamless collaboration across departments to optimize workflows and productivity. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that aligns with English 1 Center standards.
Plan and execute school marketing activities to build, maintain, and promote the English 1 brand name in the local market, attract potential customers to telephone and visit, sell and re‑sales.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities for all staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring alignment with center goals and expectations.
Oversee all pre‑opening timelines and milestones, from site handover to soft opening. Coordinate with Head Office (HR, Marketing, Academic, and Finance) to ensure all pre‑opening checklists are completed. Conduct weekly pre‑opening meetings to monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure all teams are aligned.
