Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Nusa Dua. The CCTV Operator will be responsible for monitoring surveillance camera systems to ensure the safety and security of the property, guests, and staff. Daily tasks include identifying suspicious activities, maintaining detailed reports, responding promptly to security incidents, and coordinating with security personnel. The role also requires ensuring all CCTV equipment is functioning properly and addressing any technical issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating and monitoring CCTV systems and related security equipment
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to document and report incidents accurately and promptly
• Good communication skills and ability to work in coordination with security teams
• Familiarity with security protocols and procedures; prior experience in hospitality or security is an advantage
