  • Manage travel documents and ensure compliance with travel policies.
  • Address and resolve travel-related issues to ensure smooth and efficient trips.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality (Travel and Tourism Management), Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in planning and organizing travel arrangement for individuals or groups.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage detailed information effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Skilled in resolving travel-related issues and providing practical solutions.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure, including overtime when needed.
  • Strong negotiation skills, especially in securing corporate rates directly with hotels or any other vendors.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
