Qualifications

Category Manager - Alcohol Products (Brand/Product/Marketing Manager)

Key Resposibility :

  • Develop marketing strategic and operation plans to meet marketing objectives as well as business goals for the respective year.
  • Program and Budget Planner: Develops the Category Business Plan agreed upon with the principal, manages the allocation of the trade marketing budget, and ensures the execution of promotional activities meets the required standards.
  • Manage Stock and Distribution: Oversees the forecast and demand planning to prevent stock shortages or surpluses, and coordinates with logistics and the supply chain for timely product distribution.
  • Category Performance Analyst: Monitors achievement of sales targets and KPIs against principal expectations, conducts sales and market data analysis to recommend improvement strategies, and identifies category growth opportunities.
  • Negotiator and Mediator: Negotiates targets, incentives, and promotional programs with the principal, while also mediating to align principal expectations with the distributor's capabilities and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in a Brand/Product/Marketing Manager position, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Highly proficient in Brand Strategy, Market Analysis, and Marketing Plan Development.
  • Strong skills in Trade Marketing, Business Strategy, and Negotiation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or Mandarin.
