Job description

We are a prominent medical equipment manufacturer and distributor in Indonesia, currently seeking a qualified professional to fill our Category Manager role for placement in East Jakarta. This role is mainly responsible for our product marketing strategy development and implementation, which also include business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Company marketing strategy for Dental and Medical product category.
• Identify needs and develop professional relationship with Hospital networks, clinics, and KOLs to increase customer loyalty and develop Company marketing potential.
• Ensure product compliance to regulatory permits for health industry such as TKDN, AKD, and BAPETEN.
• Responsible for the growth of product market share and development of Company business capabilities.
• Responsible for all product branding either online or offline, to support Company marketing strategies.
• Responsible for development and periodic review of product-related training content and scheduling for internal and external users.

Qualifications

• Minimum education Bachelor Degree in Dentistry, preferably an active Dentist with SIP/Work Permit.
• At least 4-5 years of working experience in Dentistry or Product Marketing from Dental Equipment industry.
• Proficient in English for professional use both written and spoken, also preferable if proficient in other foreign languages.
• Good understanding of business & product development for medical equipment market, especially for Dental Unit and Consumables.
• Familiar with requirements of CPAKB/CDAKB, TKDN, and BAPETEN.
• Excellent communication, presentation, training, and problem solving skills with analytical/strategic thinking.
• Awareness of ISO 13485:2016 or ISO 9001:2015 certifications is a plus.
• Based in Jabodetabek area.
