Job summary

PT Map Zona Adiperkasa is seeking a Cash Management professional in Jakarta to handle daily cash operations, bank transactions, and SAP-based processing. The role requires 1–2 years of related experience or internship exposure, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will manage vendor payments, employee reimbursements, petty cash, and cash advances, while maintaining records and performing reconciliations. Proficiency in SAP and Excel is essential for timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance/related field.
• 1–2 years in cash management, treasury, finance operations or related role; fresh grads with internship welcome.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
• Hands-on experience using SAP is mandatory.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own daily cash management activities: bank transactions, petty cash, vendor payments, reimbursements, and cash advances.
• Monitor daily bank balances and record transactions in SAP.
• Process vendor payments and ensure timely settlement.
• Review employee reimbursement claims and advance settlements.
• Maintain petty cash records and reconcile.
• Perform bank reconciliations and clear Bank G/L in SAP.
• Prepare monthly cash flow reports and support bank balance reporting.
• Ensure all finance documents are recorded and archived.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
