Job Descriptions

• Explore and secure new business opportunities for export/import/domestic shipments
• Achieve or exceed sales target
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Respond to customers’ inquiry on rates and services withprofessionalism and excellence
• Negotiate rates and terms with customers and partners
• Report sales performance and customer feedback to supervisor
• Collaborate with sales team to implement effective marketing strategies
• Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth cargo handling and delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Prior work experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or airlines company is preferred
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Enjoys working with people and motivated by target
• Good proficiency in English
• Broad understanding of global freight forwarding industry (Sea & Air, ISOtank, Domestic)
• Willing to Work From Office at Semarang office
