Captain Floor at Toko Bakmi kita, Responsibility involves supervising restaurant operations, leading service staff, ensuring high service quality, managing table settings, handling customer complaints, controlling cleanliness, and maintaining stock of service items for a smooth, excellent guest experience. They act as a senior leader, ensuring adherence to SOPs, motivating the team, and resolving issues in the front-of-house.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision & Leadership: Lead and motivate FOH staff, monitor performance, ensure adherence to SOPs, conduct daily briefings, and provide on-the-job training, schedule FOH team.
  • Customer Service: Greet guests, manage table reservations/seating, handle complaints professionally, ensure guest comfort and satisfaction, and deliver checks/payments.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee smooth operations, coordinate activities, ensure timely food/beverage delivery, check cleanliness of dining areas, and maintain decor.
  • Stock & Maintenance: Control inventory of cutlery, plates, and amenities; perform stock takes; report issues with kitchenware.
  • Reporting: Provide performance evaluations for staff to supervisors and coordinate daily operations, ESB POS, stock opname inventory.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Captain Floor (F&B background required).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, Basic Hospitality and SOP.
  • Familiar with POS systems, daily reporting, and standard operational tools.
  • Willing to be placed in Serang or Bekasi (Grand Wisata).
  • Applicants must be no older than 27 years.
