Perusahaan bertujuan untuk mencapai target penjualan melalui analisis dan pengembangan program pemasaran yang efektif.

Qualifications

• Memiliki 1-2 tahun pengalaman sebagai staf/specialist pemasaran saluran.
• Pengetahuan relevan dalam pemasaran industri kecantikan.

Responsibilities

• Mengembangkan program pemasaran sesuai arahan bisnis.
• Melakukan analisis pesaing untuk menghasilkan program pemasaran.
• Menganalisis hasil program pemasaran sebelumnya.
• Mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran di platform digital.
• Memelihara hubungan baik dengan pihak internal dan eksternal.

Job description

Responsibilities

Develop marketing programs based on business directives and operational team needs, while also considering the characteristics of each customer and type of channel, so that there is alignment between the business and customers, and sales targets are achieved.

Conduct benchmarking or competitor analysis to produce marketing programs that can compete in similar industries, so as to encourage customer interest in making transactions at the clinic.

Analyze the results of previous marketing programs, then identify the parts that can be maintained and developed to create a program that can surpass the results of previous programs.

Implement the marketing strategy that has been developed on digital platforms in accordance with the targeted customers so that the marketing program can run according to plan.

Maintain good relationships with various internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations.

Ensure that program implementation is in accordance with the plan so that the program can achieve its targets, and prepare reports on the results of implementation so that they can be used as references in the creation of the next marketing program.

Create and ensure that administrative requirements related to promotions (IM, database, reports, etc.) are updated and in accordance with company regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communication, Business Management, Public Relations, or related field
• 1 - 2 years of experience as a channel marketing or marketing staff/specialist
• Relevant knowledge in the beauty industry marketing
