Call Center Operation Specialist (Collection Team)

Having professional experience in bill management, familiar with invoicing, analysis, QC and compliance with OJK regulations in the billing field, and possessing data analysis skills and familiarity with the operation system.

Other core requirements include a good cooperation spirit, proficiency in Office software, English language skills as a must and Mandarin as a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and analyze the collection (penagihan) process to ensure efficiency and compliance with OJK standards.
  • Monitor daily collection performance, payment realization, and NPL (Non‑Performing Loan) rates.
  • Provide data analysis and reporting related to collection results, agent performance, and billing trends.
  • Identify operational issues and give timely feedback or escalation to relevant departments.
  • Conduct regular audits of both internal and external collection agents’ performance using an effective management model.
  • Coordinate with vendor partners (external agents) and internal departments to ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Prepare and manage training documents related to collection features and workflows.
  • Support team activities (e.g., team building, internal announcements, or operational updates).

  • Data analysis skills and experience with operation systems.
  • Strong teamwork and cooperation attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
