Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Indonesia is seeking a customer service representative to manage hotel reservations and provide excellent support in Malay and English. Ideal candidates will have a diploma and 2-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or customer service, and demonstrate strong communication skills. This role requires shift work, including weekends. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, call center, or customer service.
  • Confident in handling calls in both Malay and English.
  • Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Malay & English (spoken and written) must be confident and comfortable handling calls in both languages.
  • Polite, communicative, and customer-oriented.
