Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Indonesia is seeking a customer service representative to manage hotel reservations and provide excellent support in Malay and English. Ideal candidates will have a diploma and 2-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or customer service, and demonstrate strong communication skills. This role requires shift work, including weekends. Immediate availability preferred.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, call center, or customer service.
- Confident in handling calls in both Malay and English.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and chats/emails related to hotel reservations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in Malay with customers.
- Provide accurate information about room rates and hotel services.
- Promote and upsell hotel rooms and packages.

Responsibilities
