Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Calibration Technician based in Cimanggis, Indonesia, to ensure and implement calibration activities in line with schedules, policies, and Metrology requirements. The role includes performing calibrations, updating records in Maximo, and maintaining instrument documentation to support reliable production operations.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor Degree, show adaptability and initiative, and have knowledge of cGMP, Calibration Metrology, and EHS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Understanding of the correlation between cGMP, Calibration Metrology, and EHS across engineering functions.
• Familiar with Maximo system.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration of instruments according to the Maximo schedule.
• Update calibration instruments in the Maximo system and apply Calibration Tags.
• Ensure all instruments are calibrated, functioning properly, and troubleshoot as needed.
• Maintain Master or Standard Instruments and update records in Maximo.
• Upload CTRs into Maximo work orders and ensure timely closure of work orders.
